Where we discuss our Love/Hate Relationship with Video Games
In today’s episode, we got Tedator and The NintenDoc on this episode but not only that but this episode was live on twitch on 7/31. In this episode, we talk about how the Miles Morales game for PS5 might not be a standalone game, how hackers have found out that Luigi is in Super Mario 64, Halo Infinite Graphics aren’t that bad, and discuss on how Joe Rogan statement about video games is not 100% wrong. All that and more heated discussions on this episode of The Chronicles of Gamers.
show notes:
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Is *Not* An Expansion, But A Standalone Game
- Game Informer on 6/30 says: This was in my gameinformer magazine…. correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t remember a Spider-Man remaster being announced….
- Spider-Man: Miles Morales may be a standalone expansion, but that smaller scale is often ideal for interactive storytelling
- This is going into the discussion of how much “fun” does a $60 dollar game need to contain and if Miles Morales is a standalone game but with less content than Spider-Man on PS4. Why not just say that???
- Uncharted 4 had it’s DLC separated for more money. It is a stand-alone game but it was DLC regardless:
- Uncharted 4 will get Lost Legacy multiplayer DLC
- A new standalone chapter in the Uncharted series arrives in 2017
- Uncharted 4 Season Pass to be removed from PSN tomorrow
- UNCHARTED: The Lost Legacy PSN details
- Can someone explain the uncharted 4 digital deluxe edition?
- what happened to the uncharted 4 season pass?
- 25 years later, Nintendo fans have finally found Luigi in Super Mario 64
- This is why if you are going to show trailers for video games that show actual gameplay then you need to go into details about what the game will do. Also if your game has low graphics then admit that you did this for a reason. If people don’t like the graphics then don’t play the game but for next-gen consoles just know this shows that sticking to the one x is fine.

- After reviewing I still believe Rogan is right about games can be addictive but you can make money from the industry but that depends on what you are trying to do. If you wanna be a streamer then you need to know what makes a good streamer, if you wanna review games then what makes a good reviewer, also will you be writing or video, then decide on what type of writer or video editor you want to be. There are layers to this…
